THAT bad. People just don't listen.
So I made a really good email template that applies for most types of banning procedures.
The gist of it being: "...you probably didn't read our TOA -- You're banned x(amount of time) because y(reason for ban) -- If you would like to come back on better terms, reply and make it apologetic and convincing..."

Hopefully it will turn some of these goons around.
